No, although we do operate a fair useage policy if you take our recommended dedicated support service.  This is to guard against a member monopolising too much of our support services or being constantly on the phone to us, which affects other members service levels, in which case we reserve the right to discuss and renegotiate the price paid for the dedicated support service - see fair usage policy .
