This depends on the support package you have chosen. If you take the dedicated support package that we recommend, and almost certainly save you money over the year, you can use our on-line Support Help Desk to tell us what you would like updated or changed and we will take care of the rest. If for whatever reason we encounter any difficulty or your request needs further definition, we will escalate the request to telephone support to discuss a satisfactory solution.
If you chose the website only option, you can purchase support on a Pay As You Go basis beyond the basic “uptime” support – i.e. we make sure your site is live, working and backed up. You will also be given administrator access and can amend your website yourself. There are helpful videos and FAQs available demonstrating how you make changes however, please note we take no responsibility for any errors you make and correcting them will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £40 per hour.
